Doctor peller was wonderful for my mother's appointment. We schedule on endoscopy was done in August 17th. It's September 15th. I'm still waiting for a call back for results for her test. office manager doesn't call back. Receptionist is rude tells me that she's in the bathroom, that she's off, that She has to have days off, that the dr gave her 100 call backs last week.very rude people in the office.Excellent doctor but your office staff is very unprofessional
He is not available, has his PA see patients.Unqualified Office staff is awful
My brother referred me to this doctor, and I cannot say enough, great things about him and staff!!!! I highly recommend him!!! if I could give him and his staff 1000 stars, I would!!!!
You could not ask for a more professional, caring, and thoughtful GI Dr. Also, Michelle his nurse bends over backwards to assist every patient. Every Dr. should be so good.
With my many stomach issues like ulcers and Gerd and now I have an esophagus disease I have been seeing Dr GACH for many yrs. He did two endoscopy procedures without any problems. He is very professional. Has great bedside manners. He listens. He is compassionate and came into the operating room before and after my procedure to explain everything and make sure I was ok. Dr. Zwick misread my lab results and called me on a Thursday night to tell me I had leukemia and that I needed to see an oncologist immediately. It was 5 days before I could get an appointment with an oncologist so for 5 days I thought the worst. The oncologist told me that the diagnosis was a mistake. The number that appeared on the report was mathematically impossible. How does a Doctor not question the results before calling a patient with news of cancer?
Dr Gach has superb bedside manners. Did not rush our visit, answered all my questions. I left the office feeling relax and confident.
