September appointment set in March. Rescheduled by them in May. Notified 5 days before the appointment that even though this was a referral from a doctor in the same hospital network that they weren't contracted with my insurance. Told I could pay out of network price. When promised a number and I called back to get the figure, was told, and I quote, "we're not going to see you" even if I do self pay? "Yes, we don't want you here"
Highly recommend! She was super nice, smart and didn't mind me asking all those "usual" and "annoying" questions! Will be back, for sure. Been going to dermatologists for 15 years here and she's been the best one so far.
