She is efficient, kind, and knows what she is doing.
She treats her patients like a herd of cattle. No compassion. Its all about money, money, money - getting patients in and out of the exam rooms as quickly as possible without taking time to explain things to them. I will not go back.
This is the worst doctor I have seen in my life. She doesn't have any time to talk to you and discuss anything. All she does is throw pamphlets at you about what she finds. She told me I had skin cancer and threw a pamphlet at me. Did a biopsy - without any warning started sticking me with needles. No bedside manner, no manners at all. I will not return to this office. She should not be practicing. She doesn't deserve the one star - If I could leave a negative star rating I would.
Very rote. No education, explanation, rapport. Will not return. Hope she improves.
Terrible and horrible! I waited for about an hour passed my appointment time. The staff are treated like slaves. And Dr. Canizares would not even listen to any of my problems. And she’s just trying to charge me even more. She really doesn’t even care about me and all She wants is the money. I do not recommend going to her at all.
NEGATIVE STARS: 1. No COVID precautions 2. 1h and 15 min past my appt time with no explanation. 3. Didn't follow my insurance company co-pay guidelines. 4. Absolute disregard for human decency when images are to be taken of my body, 4 people under LIGHTS and a CAMERA with a SHARPIE, REALLY? 5. After all that, no description for my diagnosis, gave me a black-white picture diagram of my condition-Dr wasn't even available for questions. FINAL: Don't waste your money or your dignity, go somewhere else!!!!
I went to her office on a couple of occasions. I requested early morning appointments or right after lunch to try to reduce wait time. I always waited in the waiting room at least an hour past my appointment time. Once in the room I waited about another half hour. I questioned one of the nurses regarding the wait time. Still waiting to get in , past my appointment time again . More money up front again even though it’s a follow up visit . If I ever get seen today will be my last visit
This doctor has no concern for her patients, but rather making money off of them. I sat in the waiting room for about 30 minutes past my apt time. However, once she was in the room, she seemed to just care about getting me in and out as quickly as possible without even listening to any of my concerns.
