Dr Jan has been my PCP for two years. Excellent doctor and very accommodating medical office. She listens to what you have to say and does not insist on particular drug treatment but gives you options in treatment. She tried different options on my high blood pressure problems till we found option that gives me no side effects and she got my blood pressure under control. Dr. Jan has been my doctor for 5 + years. She is an excellent doctor and extremely knowledgeable. Also her staff are very helpful and nice. I highly recommend Dr. Jan.
I was referred by my neighbor to dr Jan. My experience has been positive. I like that she has incorporated a mental health component to her practice. She is a good listener and provides effective solutions when needed.
It takes a lot for me to write a review. The experience was horrible -- especially dealing with her aggressive unhelpful staff. I have never dealt with such incompetence. Think twice. I wish I did. I saw all these 5 star reviews on Providence only to realize after the fact that paid companies place these reviews.The best thing I did was move away to another amazing doctor.
