Good food, really long waits between courses (20-40 minutes). Some of the flavor balance was off: 1. Bunuelo with guacamole and caviar was overpowered by lime. You couldnt taste the caviar really 2. One salsas for their wagyu taco were way too alcoholic 3. Fish broth was nice but needed some acidity 4. Dessert raspberry coulis was overpowering and a little cloying. If you want the authentic Mexican cuisine, this is not it. It lacked the authentic Mexican flavors I was hoping for. For instance, the taco tortilla completely broke apart on the first bite so I had to eat it with a fork (which definitely doesn't happen with traditional tortillas!). The enmoladas also barely had any mole sauce on them (not even enough to fill one enmolada and there were a total of 3 in the tasting menu). Cozy yet unique, unpretentious yet intricate restaurant. We really like Dalida but we liked Maria Isabel even more.
