While Dr. Kravchenko possesses the foundational knowledge of her field and responds to messages relatively quickly, she lacks the grace, compassion, tact, and commitment to ethical practices which makes one a truly good doctor. I was referred to her due to a concern of possible thyroid cancer, and was disturbed by the several errors I came to find in her medical notes. If you're a young woman trying to navigate a new endocrine diagnosis, Dr. Kravchenko is the best to go to. She is completely knowledgeable in everything (even when my mom and I would reference random research articles), and can answer all questions. Great bedside manners, and you can tell she's being completely honest and laying everything on the table.
Dr. Kravchenko is very pleasant, thorough, knowledgeable, and did not rush through my appointment. She meets all the standards I expect in a doctor.
