She was rude, her bedside manner was just awful, and I have never been made to feel this way my entire pregnancy. Was made to feel like I was overreacting and didn't know my own body or my own baby's habits or movements late into my 3rd trimester. I will refuse to be seen by her ever again.
I'm a first time mom and it was my first time ever meeting Dr. Quan and I was definitely not satisfied by my care. Her bedside manner was awful and she was very insensitive. She made me feel like I was in the wrong for the miscommunication within the staff. She also kept telling me how there are more pregnant patients she has to see which made me feel unimportant and unheard. I guess she did what she needed to do medically but she showed no remorse or compassion for patient feelings.
She just wanted to argue; first thing she did was blame me. She refused to help me find a solution to my health issue. I’m not sure why she’s in the field of service. Not ever going back.
Traumatizing and frustrating. Did not listen, caused me excessive pain during procedure, communication was terrible.
She was very very sweet and made me feel very comfortable. As soon as she walked In the room and started talking to me I felt all of my anxiety melt away. She was very informative and knowledgeable and gave me a lot of advice not only with my gynecological health but with other health issues I have been experiencing as well. She genuinely cares about her patients. I’ve never had a doctor with such an amazing bedside manner before.
She was so horrible and rude. Left my child crowing for 5 hours. She was sitting with her arms crossed looking at me with such disgust as I was pushing. I don't think she has the bed side manner to be with moms in this special time. My hip dislocated and she didnt care. I got no referral to physical therapy. My son was born with a trauma in the brain. Because his head was physically swelling, she used a vaccum and it slipped out of her hand. She was so rude to everyone else in the room.
