Horrible!!!! Arrived there after a long drive to my daughter first appointment and to my surprise the front desk lady, rude and unprofessional told me that my passport isn't a form of ID valid to them, that they need a real ID to be scanned and verify that I'm my child parent. Then she told me to just bring any card with my picture on it, even a bank card. How is that a valid form of ID and a passport isn't? She was in shock when I cancelled right there and leave.
