Okay admittedly, this is a tough review to write. Not because Maria E. Traugott is not a good Realtor. It is because she is an ”Incredibly Great Realtor” that truly understands the wants and needs of her clients and represents them 24/7 until you get your desired result. Hence my consternation that I will not be able fully convey what she did for us. Ours was an Estate situation with my wife acting as the Estate Administrator and myself assisting her. I've worked with Maria before, when she handled sales in the neighborhood that I was president of, and she was always great. When I decided to sell a condo in Cocoa Beach, I naturally called her first. She handled everything, from getting a painter and cleaner, to minor repairs to make everything perfect.
