The Hispanic secretary lady with short hair and glasses that told me to come in she had an attitude and I was anxious enough as it is and she was rudely asking me questions especially about my period when I told her I couldn't remember when it was she got upset with me started giving me an attitude, my gyno was fine but I went in there for an IUD replacement not for a pap smear, it was my first time here but I'm not going to come back

I had a really good experience at this clinic. All the staff was very helpful and super kind. Everyone at the front desk was super kind during check in. The guy who is responsible for billing was also very kind and explained the whole process to me since I don’t have insurance. Nurses were awesome, had vaccine and blood work and both of the ladies who helped me were super kind. The doctor was also super kind and patient, listened to all of my concerns and talk to me through the whole procedure. I felt very welcomed. I honest... read more
