Terrible que nunca contesten el teléfono , las citas hay que ir a hacerlas en persona , y pues no todos tenemos el tiempo de ir en persona … vivo q 15 minutos de ahí y trabajo fuera del estado es difícil tener que ir en persona a hacer citas, también necesitaba que le respondieran los formularios que le enviaban de mi trabajo y nunca lo hacían , no me aprueban mi maternidad leave por estos papeles que me hacen falta así que terrible el servicio me cansé de ir allá y pedirles ayuda y nada
