This place doesn't take responsibility when they cancel to patient. I cancelled my appointment several times during pandemic and last year when I started treatment again, but they called me few times to cancelled cause doctor had an emergency. I was disactivated by their system because of the cancellations and because they fixed my teeth and insurance didn't cover so they charge me, and I didn't know about that bill so I went in person, and they asked me to pay part of it otherwise will not allow me to get any treatment.
