Terrible experience with Dr. María Hernandez. From the very beginning, the situation was unacceptable: I had to wait more than 30 minutes in her own office and, when she finally showed up, she neither apologized for the delay nor had the basic courtesy to introduce herself. Not even a polite greeting, let alone addressing me by my name. What followed was even worse.
