Dear Mr. Doug Scott, Re: Review 9-16-2011 It is unfortunate that you unfairly judged Dr. David. You never even met her! I am the nurse that triaged you that day. The office policy is that we are in General Pediatrics. In your case for abdominal pain, the Pediatric Gastroenterologists has the authority to give the second opinion. Regarding stealing patients, Dr. David does not do that! She is a compassionate, dedicated physician that is well loved by her patients and the community. Was this pediatrician able to answer all your questions about immunizations? All of them! They also gave me more information that I wasn't aware of Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes, they have a great website and are present in many online directories Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them If your child is sick can the pediatrician see him/her on the same day? Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Was this provider late to your appointments? This past week (09/2011) our 12 year old daughter has been sick with a severe gastro intestinal infection. After seeing our primary pediatrician 2x we still felt uneasy with the diagnosis. Our little girl was still in so much pain. We contacted Dr. David's office and explained our circumstances. We wanted the doctor to examine our daughter and due to other extenuating circumstances we were very seriously considering switching from our 15 year Primary pediatrician to Dr. David. If you didn't want certain vaccines for your child, did the pediatrician respect your decision? Yes, they respected my decision Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office?
