Maria is an exceptional real estate agent. We were out of state sellers and from our first call with her through to closing day, she handled every detail. She was thorough, had wonderful contractors, made recommendations on what needed to be done next, had great marketing materials, and helped negotiate our final terms. We never had to think because she was always one step ahead. In addition to being exceptional at her job, she was also a joy to work with on a personal level. We can't recommend her enough!

Maria was our realtor and I recommend her to help you sell your house in WA. She consulted clear options, helped us price the house correctly for a fast sale over asking price, and staged and showed the home at reasonable rates. Our house sold for ~30k over asking within 48 hrs of posting it, which is exactly what we were aiming for.

If wanting to sell but not sure because of repairs or not sure what to upgrade call Maria! She walked through our place, gave us advice on what we should upgrade. Showed us pictures of different houses that had the new finishes. She kept us updated on things when we couldn't be there. Helped us sell/give away stuff we no longer wanted or needed.
