Margot is the absolute best. She walked us through the experience of buying our home with so much care and compassion. She took the time to educate us on the process so that we felt comfortable, and answered our many many questions. Margot and her team were attentive and detail oriented, and she had a very human approach (eg she would check in with each of us about how we felt at each step of the process so that she understood our priorities around the sale and could act on them). Her fees were slightly above average but I do actually believe that her high quality staging connections and the speed that she and her team worked helped us make a strong sale to the right person quickly in a bad market. I felt like Margot really knew who we were and what we were looking for. After meeting her and discussing our situation, she suggested a house that we ultimately ended up buying. She's very knowledgeable about the local market. She was great to work with, quick to get our questions answered and got issues we were concerned about resolved before we closed. Highly recommend!
