BEWARE!!!! PLZ STAY AWAY from this attorney, my recent experience with him for a COOP deal was nothing but an EXORBITANT NIGHTMARE. Highly non-responsive, myriad follow-ups and appalling customer service. He charged me $750 (Attorney fee) for a deal which fell through in between with NO fault of mine. Also, he lied to me stating TITLE/LIEN search service is needed by my bank for loan closure and he charged me $685 for it,however, when i confirmed with my bank, it WASN'T really necessary. Awful is not the word. Disgusting perhaps suits Mr. Sheldon better. He is the worst lawyer ever. Hired him for a condo closing and he would listen only to the sellers. Changed lawyers midway into the attorney review period and thats the best decision I made. If you need to extend the review period for any reason, he will not co-operate. If you call him at 2 PM, hell say hes leaving in half hour. If the bankers need title paper work, he remain off communication, if you call from a friends phone, hell pick up the phoneAvoid hi... read more
