Honesty! You do not find that in an Auto Repair Shop.. but this is an Honest Shop. I was having an issue with my Air Conditioning - Big O Tires in Shpeherdsville does not work on A/C so they refered me to Bob West. The mechanic took my truck started looking at it and called me out there with him. I was expecting bad news. It was a wire that had come unplugged. I was there about 10 minutes. They could have taken my truck plugged the wire back in and an hour later tell me they fixed it, rechrged it etc... and I would have not ... read more
Honesty! You do not find that in an Auto Repair Shop.. but this is an Honest Shop. You can trust Brian and his staff. They know what they are doing, offer super customer service, and complete the job on time.
beware this guy is scam artist! willing to let you pay the bigger than expected bill out then lose some of your payments
These guys were great! We called in and they were willing to let a family member from a different state pay over the phone with a credit card... they had our car finished when they said they would, and charged us exactly what was estimated... not a penny more... I highly recommend them!!!

Ive had my car there twice for repairs. While they seem competent they are rather expensive and not very friendly. I went back again and now find them borderline dishonest and not very service oriented. I suggest everyone avoid this business and seek other automotive repair shops. I went there this morning to have a new alternator put in. They gave me a quote of 460.00 which seemed expensive. After calling other shops and getting bids about 200 dollars less I decided to have the work done elsewhere. Franks charged me 80 doll... read more
