No so great, front desk person is rude, the A/C repair they did lasted only for 8 months. Stay away for this place if you want good repair work.

I kept having problems with tires that Id bought at a big box store (Sams), and I decided to try a local place. Browns has good prices on balance and alignment, and they have a reputation for great service. Long story short: I thought I had an alignment issue (and it was out some), but they diagnosed a shoddy balance job on my new tires (less than a week old), and the truck ran great after that (my gas mileage went up about 2 MPG, too). You know in this day in age so many auto shops out there rip you off, you drive out feeling sucker punched and wonder if your car is even safe to drive or if you even needed the work done! This place is awful. They are beyond rude and extremely unprofessional. I do not see how they are still in business. I will never use them again. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!
Inexpensive parts, GR8 customer service, Highly recommend. Turns out this is the shop that the jobbers go to.
These guys do a great job and have saved me thousands of dollars. They are honest and straight forward. They do most types of repair but refer you to the right place if necessary. I have been happy with every repair they have done for me and have brought in family vehicles as well.
