Hotel was clean, rooms are big and comfortable and it's a great location. Staff is a bit tiresome. Started with front desk lady telling me to check online about an event then abruptly hanging up on me. The restaurant didn't tell their employees about the event so they were clueless until manager arrived to clarify things which was expensive for a Superbowl party. Bartenders were friendly. Hotel was fun tho. Employees need to do better especially front desk supervisor

Muy bien ubicado, muy cercano a la góndola para heavenly. Habitaciones espaciosas y las camas estuvieron cómodas. Pero: La primer noche que llegamos nos dimos cuenta que no había agua caliente en la regadera, reportamos a front desk y nos dijeron que no había nadie de mantenimiento que pudieran enviar, no pudimos bañarnos. La cafetera de la habitación no servía y cuando prendimos la televisión de la recámara, nos dimos cuenta que tampoco. Ya ni intentamos reportar. I stayed for one week at Margaritaville Resort Lake Tahoe. The rooms were comfortable, and the hotel offers a wide range of amenities and on-site restaurants. The staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay. The location is excellent—right next to the gondola, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The hotel only offers valet parking and charges a resort fee; however, the fee includes a dining credit that can be used at the hotel’s restaurants. Relaxing in Tahoe. Great location, just across the casinos. Also, walking distance from the Heavenly Village for winter sports, dining, and shopping. Could be better if Arcade or bowling alley, or something for younger kids to do in the resort. Swimming pool is good size. They got happy hour at the bar. Wished parking and breakfast was included, you have to pay for these.
