Showed up 8 minutes late and waited for someone to show up at the reception desk. At that point was 11 minutes past my appointment time and was told I was over the 10 minute limit. There was absolutely no one there and was told she was to busy to squeeze me in. Also sat outside the building working on my laptop since I left work early and no one at all came out. They asked if I wanted to reschedule... nah I'm good. You want to be petty.. so will I.

10/10 recommend Margarita! I have been to several dermatologists in the area and she is by far the best. Personable, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Found my forever derm!

Edit: the manager of this office reached out to me and was very kind and understanding. That was very much appreciated! Original post: This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a doctor’s office. From the moment I sat down, I felt unwelcome. I needed to find a dermatologist and got so lucky when I found Dr. Vega-Suarez through a Google search. I went to her Saint John location in the Powers Health building on Wicker Avenue. I was nervous about the appointment but also knew i needed to have my concerns addressed immediately. I am so grateful for this doctor and her assistant because they were so kind, empathetic, and professional throughout the entire visit.
