Margarita Summit Apartments is such a wonderful, family-oriented community. The entire property is always extremely well kept, clean, and welcoming. From the leasing agents to the management team and maintenance staff, everyone is professional, friendly, and truly cares about the residents and the appearance of the community. I would like to share that, among the complexes I have seen, I truly consider this one of the best. I really appreciate the service provided by the office staff, the maintenance team, and especially the quality of the apartments — the fireplace and the cozy cabin-like ceiling design are features I absolutely love. However, I believe there are some important areas that need improvement. The rent is high they increase the rent every six months the apartments inside feel & look dated. Management is never available even if you call the office. The office is closed whenever they feel like it. Not worth it buy a home instead if you can.
