I would like to share that, among the complexes I have seen, I truly consider this one of the best. I really appreciate the service provided by the office staff, the maintenance team, and especially the quality of the apartments — the fireplace and the cozy cabin-like ceiling design are features I absolutely love. The rent is high they increase the rent every six months the apartments inside feel & look dated. Management is never available even if you call the office. The office is closed whenever they feel like it. Not worth it buy a home instead if you can.

Worst management ever. Harassed my 5 year old for making noise on the playground at 3pm. Lied about damage that never happened. You won’t see your deposit. Every person I know who’s lived here and moved out was basically robbed of their deposit. They’re very nice when you move in but treat you like trash once you’re in, and especially when you leave.

MAKE SURE TO RECORD FROM DAY 1 TO THE DAY YOU MOVE OUT. They will tell you one thing or not at all and then lie through their teeth saying, Oh yes we told you. I wish I could give them 0 stars. This is the worse management I have lived at. At move in we thought our rent would be $2,300 instead turned out to be $2,323 because apparently we moved in 2 days before what we had told them, and when the rent was due to pay we noticed that, we were never told about the $23 extra charge every month until the end of the move out.
