MAKE SURE TO RECORD FROM DAY 1 TO THE DAY YOU MOVE OUT. They will tell you one thing or not at all and then lie through their teeth saying, Oh yes we told you. I wish I could give them 0 stars. This is the worse management I have lived at. At move in we thought our rent would be $2,300 instead turned out to be $2,323 because apparently we moved in 2 days before what we had told them, and when the rent was due to pay we noticed that, we were never told about the $23 extra charge every month until the end of the move out. Do not move here if you want to get your security deposit back because they will find every little tiny thing to charge you for when you move out. We got military orders to the east coast so we had to break the lease after only being there for 7 months. We notified them on January 2nd we had to break the lease and we moved out the 3rd week of February but somehow we are still being charged rent for the last week even though we didn’t live there. Moved from Oklahoma for work and looked at multiply apartments. Margarita Summit had the best prices overall. I was able to rent a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom apartment with W/D included, and added a garage for less than I would have paid for any other apartment in the Temecula area. The management company is very professional and courteous. Any time I had am issue or concern, they addressed it immediately and the maintenance team would make any repairs or replacements within 1-2 days.
