I had the best luck with Dr Johnston 10 yrs ago with her. Her staff was great then. Dr Johnston your staff at this location need some classes for being nice and professional. You really should let them go. Hire some good professional ppl. The one star is for your staff , not you.
Office staff is very unorganized and not professional. Calls not returned. Imaging Not scheduled, yet you have another doctor appointment set up to discuss imaging. Then you call and ask about the appointment for scheduling and then they tell you there is no record of them wanting to schedule an appointment for imaging.. it’s very frustrating. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I went to see this doctor. The doctor was very nice and seemed thorough but it’s just the office staff. I think this doctor is spread too thin... read more
Dr Johnston is very professional and absolutely knowledgeable in her field. I would definitely recommend her to friends and family.
