My husband bought me a gift certificate and they sold it to him happily and took his money for it as it should be. However when I went in to cash in this said gift certificate when I pulled it out to pay at the end of my service the lady starting saying stuff to her co worker in her philipino. I have been coming here for about a year, and my sisters have been loyal customers for roughly two years. Up until now, my experiences have always been pleasant. However, when I came in today for a manicure, I was shocked and disappointed to be told that no one would do my nails—or my family’s nails. It seems this decision was based on the fact that during their last visit, my sisters were unhappy with their service and had to have their nails redone. I'm a caregiver for my 94 year old grandma and decided, after she just would get worn out trimming her toe nails, that it was time she let someone else do it for her. Me doing it just didn't work out. So I brought her to Margarita's. I'm so glad I did. I will be bringing my grandma and my mother here from now on. Thank you ladies for making what used to be a terrible experience, a very pleasant one.
