It's hard to adequately summarize how amazing Margarita is. I had seen a couple of people prior to her which made it painfully clear that she is just light years ahead of anyone else. She is so fundamentally intelligent but super warm at the same time which is such a wonderful combination. She is great at pinpointing certain patterns that I hadn't recognized and explaining to me why my brain would do that and what to do about it! Really great experience overall.

Margarita is an admired colleague. Among my qualities of hers are discernment and savvy business sense to help clients make the best decisions for themselves while having the value and lived practice of autonomy and personal choice that she is not the leader of the client and thus will continue to accept the client through the choices that they make.
