Okay service, however the staff gave false information which was very difficult for me due to my busy work schedule since i travel for work. when I first visited, they reassured me that I can do telehealth appointments with Dr. Dorsey if my schedule permits me from coming in. The day comes and they tell me its a different doctor im able to do a telehealth appointment with. They seem a bit unorganized and it seems like not everyone is on the same page in that office. Im am now looking for a new provider.
Nothing but issues with this doctor. Wouldn't allow my husband in the room during my appt, always a hassle to get results, and now she will not send in my pre op paperwork for a surgery because she requires a chest X-ray ( not the surgery center). However, I tried to go on 5/6 to get the X-ray and radiology regional never received the order. I was out of town from 5/7-5/10 and then my husband left the state for work on 5/12 so I have not been able to get the X-ray with my toddler in tow. I will never step foot in that office... read more
