Margarita Bravo markets herself as a luxury designer, but my experience was frustrating and underwhelming. The consultation was smooth, but follow-through was disorganized. Orders were mishandled, budgets were exceeded without approval, and communication was minimal. Instead of feeling like a collaborative process, I felt sidelined and uninformed.
