The office administrator, Becky, is unresponsive and rude when you do get ahold of her she is unhelpful and a poor representative for the doctor office. It's unfortunate that the Becky is such a poor reflection of Dr. Mike.
I've been trying to set up an appointment at Dr. Mike's for nearly a month now and have had my paperwork sent back with refusal to schedule because a few lines were missing out of the 29 page new patient packet. Once I had filled it out to their satisfaction I was scheduled three weeks and then was not contacted until the day before at 5pm, while at work, to get my insurance and DL or I would not be able to see the Dr. I asked if I could get it in before Noon the next day and was told that was fine, yet when I sent it in at ... read more
