Doc & office staff are great. Administrator is horrible. Force you to spend half an hour completing a new application for every appointment. Threaten to cancel appointment if you don't. Sent collection letter within one week of appointment threatening to damage my credit. I've never missed a payment on anything. Never seen a medical professional managed this poorly. Looking for a new doc...
I see Casey Woods, she is the best! I don’t wait that long to be seen. I have seen Dr Kelleher once and she is great also. Would recommend both of them.
My experience with Dr. Kelleher was good. However, this survey is totally inaccessible for a blind person using a screen reader. I needed to use a service that I pay for just to do this very short survey.
Thorough and thoughtful professional. Explains clearly what caused issues and describes steps that need to be taken in a practical manner. Questions were answered with kindness and clarity. Staff is marvelous. They help to create a positive and warm environment.
