Dr. Ciavarelli is one of the best doctors I've ever had. As someone who is very anxious and nervous, she truly helps me feel at ease.
This doctor is not reliable to respect appointments. She will accept new patients giving a first visit appointments far away on time, but her office will call the day before to reschedule the visit. Very poor professional behavior since they did the same to my wife before. Very frustrating. Surprisingly she works for Penn Medicine that normally has excellent professionals.
