This could be a great doctor’s office if you’re okay going with the flow and not digging deeper for answers. Unfortunately, that’s not me. I asked the doctor and genetic counselor if we could order a FRAT test (Folate Receptor Antibody Test) for my level 2 autistic daughter. The doctor never replied to my email, and when I brought it up at our appointment, she passed me off to the genetic counselor; the same one who originally told me I should discuss it with the doctor. Seen her twice for my son and she was so caring and kind, she was so knowledgeable and patient with us.thank you so much for everything.
We really loved our experience with Dr. Trouard. She was patient, knowledgeable and resourceful. We felt cared for and was not rushed out. She asked how she can be of most help to my child. She was very open and communicative. Definitely recommend her as well as our experience at Banner Health overall.
