I just called to make appointment for new patiet, i was asked what kind of insurance I had. I said Federal BCBS-federal employee insurance. I was asked if it started with a "R". I have no idea why that matters. She asked me if I take pain meds and I said yes but have a pain doctor. I was told she would not see me. I am very confused....Why would she not see some that takes pain meds and goes to a specialist for pain meds. Its not like I would be asking her for meds. Crazy
