I have never felt more confused and dismissed by a doctor and their medical staff. Even the receptionist was unable to tell me if I had a balance due after asking about a note with no explanation on my chart for $20. I asked more than once for clarification and she could not confirm if I had an outstanding balance (I didn’t) and suggested someone may have just forgot to remove the note. Was not treated with basic respect at an appointment. All I can say is that if you are a person of color I would steer clear.
Everything about my experience was positive. All the staff were friendly, and Margaret did a great job of listening to my concerns. I was in and out in less than one hour.
