A practitioner in hematology who didn’t know the symptoms of iron deficiency. I went to her scared because I thought some of my blood work needed to be addressed. She came into the exam room annoyed and said: there is nothing in your blood work that is concerning! She also was pushing the iron infusion like Dr. Hadley. When I asked her about the cardiovascular symptoms I was feeling she dismissed my question. She said: ask your primary! This is a cancer center where you would think compassion was a key element. I am more than satisfied with my care and treatment at this facility. Dr Krusch has always treated me with respect and has shown nothing but care and concern for my well being. Not only professional but also personable. I am truly grateful and consider myself fortunate to have found such excellent healthcare facility.
