At the time I met Dr. Alexander, I'd never had a surgical procedure in my life (and I'm well over 40!) To say I was nervous was a understatement; I was an absolute wreck! (1) Dr. Alexander's current staff members are WONDERFUL! They worked with me as I dealt with many last minute demands from work while trying to schedule my surgeries, they were patient and very flexible; (2) regarding phone calls- when my calls have gone to voice mail, I simply left a message and my call was returned the next day; (3) regarding long wait times- as I've tried to convey above, Dr. Alexander is very 'hands on' with her patients. There is one word that I can describe Dr. A is dedicated. She is very dedicated to her patients. I am sorta new patient maybe 3 years. I read a review about Dr. A and wanted to see if this the right doctor for me. now. She was the perfect fit. She helped diagnose what type of cancer I had and made it her priority to beat cancer with me.. yes I scared but Dr. A was by my side all the way. Sheâ??s professional, amazing, dresses well, intelligent and dedicated and so much more. I am so thankful!!!

Dr Alexander was sent from god. She amazing, extradinary, dedicated and I donâ??t know if I would be alive if it wasnâ??t for Dr. Alexander. She answered all my questions and was so patient with me. I could see she really cared and made sure I was satisfied with my decision. I am now 5 years cancer free and I have Dr. Alexander to thank. I had a very negative view of doctors because of past experiences where doctors have been non-communicative and dismissive. I loved the personal attention and willingness to openly communicate providing great detail and inviting questions.
While I did have a long wait (the doctor had an emergency at the hospital and was late getting in that day), I felt like the office did a good job making the best use of the time that they could. They had me filling out paperwork and paying my copay before I saw the doctor to get me in and out as fast as they could. I hope future visits don't have as big a wait, but she had a good reason for running behind that day.
Dr.Alexander,and her staff are very professional and listens to your needs and ask questions and,listens to understand your needs. I would highly recommend her to my friends and family. Thanks for your help.
