From the designer to customer service, all were approachable and transparent. My new kitchen is undoubtedly the most complimented part of my condo. The quality of the product they used in my Spanish kitchen was incredible. Looks great!
I was nervous when ordering custom cabinets because I didn't see everything up close first. I had seven finished samples on my counter when I decided, and the sample program helped put my mind at ease. Such care before ordering is a good sign of the company.
I did a lot of research before choosing Marfa NuEra. They were manufactured in the European style and offered a lifetime warranty. After one year, there is no scratch on the cabinets, and the hardware is still as good as new. Worth every dollar.
We remodelled our kitchen last spring, and were stuck between three cabinet companies. But all thanks to my sister who recommended this company. We were impressed by Marfa NuEra team’s capabilities during the free design consultation, to the point of letting her know how we cook and how we move around in the kitchen. The European style with no frame that they proposed opened up the whole area and the cabinets were delivered on time.
TBH, it was the consultation stage that won me because of their politeness. They made materials, finishes, and cabinet construction simple without being too lazy. I have never been upgraded into things I did not need, but just a few more things. We also installed our cabinets, and our kitchen got a clean, modern look with cabinets that are still timeless.
This was a feature I have come to enjoy the most after the installation. The soft-close drawers and hardware were tightened. The installers also double-checked levelling and alignment when they completed the work, showing that they really cared about the presentation.
We wanted a very sophisticated kitchen with flat-panel cabinets and simple lines, and Marfa Cabinets hit the nail on the head. There were multiple revisions, and the designer was patient as we worked to keep our design on budget. The cabinets were robust, and the polished hardware gives a premium feel. Well done, guys!
