The positive reviews seem to be fake on here. This company is the absolute worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. DO NOT order from them or call them! As you can see from others with problems, they have a good sales team, but now cabinets are months late (possibly not coming at all according to some other customers I have reached out to) no communication, they don’t pick up the phone, respond to text - etc, and have declared bankruptcy! They have filed for bankruptcy. I nor many others will be getting their projects finished completely now
Cannot get ahold of any one after 18 weeks of waiting for our clients kitchen to come in with no definitive answers. The CEO Alan Weiner has not been able to assist with this and the more we look into this company they seem to be on brink of bankruptcy. Could not recommend purchasing from here I suspect many of their clients should look into being refunded or hiring legal council.
Run away if you are looking for a good company and great product. No communication whatsoever you have to beg to talk to someone and the owner is worse. I was supposed to received my orders beginning of Dec then end of December, I did received them but guess what some doors were mismatched, wrong cabinets were sent and finally get everything not even the order I was supposed to last May. If I could give them a negative 10 I would. I spent nearly 50K in cabinets. They went from promising August, then September, then October. Now I call all my contacts and nada. My guess is they are out of business. If not they truly have the very worst customer service none to man. They have basically held me hostage from moving into my new house.
