Excellent place to go
I really like this shop. Great selection and the best prices I've seen in the Chicagoland area. Great service. The only thing they're missing is a range. I don't feel like I'm a criminal walking the store the way I do at other places like Mega Sports in Plainfield. There I get carded at the door when talking to salesmen and before looking at any gun or rifle. Why check at the door if you 're carding every time a customer takes 5 steps. I'll skip the cavity check and visit Marengo Guns more.

The staff are really nice and you can tell that they are gun people. They don't lie when they say they have the best rates for buying guns, they gave me over twice what I expected for a mosin I traded in. I have bought several guns there and their pricing is fair, one of the absolute best gun shops I have ever been too, and by far the most gun friendly. The wall of handguns is absolutely awesome, no other gun shop allows you to be as hands on as marengo guns. The only problem, IS I WISH IT WAS CLOSER TO ME!
