If I could give zero stars I would. This company is an absolute travesty when it comes to customer service. They charged me $22 for two day shipping and now at a week our, I have not received my item and they are refusing to five a shipping refund. They said FedEx should give me the refund but FedEx clearly told me that because Marena is the account holder, they could get the refund if they simply called.
