While bloodwork and the panels offered through Marek pointed us to the markers that we needed to focus on, everything else was downhill. They recommended every supplement in the book that was even vaguely associated with the markers that needed optimization, and at a high dose from the get go, resulting in several side effects and having to half several of the doses. If service was good in NY would 100% recommend. They need to sort out LabCorp’s issues and stop wasting patients’ time and energy. I didn’t loose 850$ like the other reviewer, but ~400$. After 3 trips and taking time off work to go to different labcorps in different towns i gave up. Coach just kept saying “sorry man, labcorp in ny can be a pain sometimes”. Very professional right?
This company has employees with valuable knowledge and insight toward increasing your overall health which is outside of typical medicinal practices, but they gatekeep prescriptions. They will tell you they don't provide written prescriptions for what they just prescribed you and only said they would with stipulations after I cited state regulations noting they can't withhold it. CRAZY HIGH PRICES for lab tests done by a THIRD PARTY. Just go directly to LabCorp or Quest websites! Same results for less $$$.
Strong warning to anyone considering Marek Health: My experience was frustrating, misleading, and expensive. I paid $1,100 for services, including $850 for a lab panel Marek claimed could be fulfilled through LabCorp. After weeks of back and forth, it became clear they could not deliver what they advertised.
