Terrible experience. Reached out multiple times and have not received a response. Spoke to some kid on the phone who has no idea what’s going on over the phone 2 months ago who is “in charge of emails”. I have not gotten a single reply despite all the times I have reached out. They have my money, why would they care to reach out. Seems like a money hungry company. Terrible experience.
