I have never before witnessed such a rude, condecending tone from a place of business in all my life. On this website under services, they mention GIA every other word and claim to attempt universal testing methods, yet they refused my money and told me it wasn't worth their time, I kid you not. . . I thought the $25 fee you charge people was for your time specifically?
