Recommendedrooms are clean bed not hard. the burger was AWESOME, beer cold.
This place is horrible! Definitely a scum of the earth place. Even their customers service sucks! My kids and I and accidentaly left our room key on the our table when we asked for a spare key they refused to let us in the room even knew my kids were freezing outside!!! So we had to wait for my husband with the second key who had gone to get us dinner!
Nice place to stay would definitely go there again
no WiFi with working speed. only like a 56K modem. this hotel not for business people

Spent 8 days there. Very warm and friendly atmosphere and relaxing. Great breakfast and happy hour i n the evening. Close to convention center and tram station that will take you down thw strip. Very satisfied.
Customer service is awful.
Do NOT stay here! I just got bed bugs!
