My company had a 2-day conference here last week. Talk about perfect!! The hotel rooms were great, and the conference went off without a hitch. Not only was the food fabulous, but the service was top-notch. Even when there were changes in the plans, their comment was, "No problem," and they meant it. Each staff member was professional, helpful, and fun to work with. Many went above and beyond what was required. Will definitely hold another conference here again!!
We had the pleasure of attending a cooking class given by the chef, sommelier and head bartender of the Whitman yesterday. The crew was engaging and charming, we learned a lot about food and wine pairings, and we made (and sampled) some delicious signature cocktails. The food was amazing! We prepared fresh smoked salmon ravioli and a fennel crusted brisket, then we were served a full lunch of what we had made, and more! It was very well done, and a great way to spend an afternoon. Please do more!
