Marcus was an excellent choice for us! He had a difficult task when working with us, as this purchase was with multiple buyers (my sister, myself and our husbands). Marcus was patient, knowledgeable, and always up to date with the what we needed to do to get things completed. If I ever buy in Sioux Falls again, he will be my go to realtor! Absolutely!
