Learned that my phone number was taken from them on a security breach. Worst is that I have never interacted with this firm at all, not sure how they got it. Thank god I pay for a third party service to monitor these sort of things.
I paid 10K to Tammy from MMCC. She guaranteed me how she has years of experience in financing and yes I am an idiot I accepted it. Ended up Tammy cannot ever tie her own shoes. I would not recommend Tammy from MMCC for any commercial real-estate finances. The realtor team they will somehow do the job!

Hands down the worst commercial real estate frim around. I had probably the most unprofessional interaction with the Seattle regional manager and if THAT'S who's running the firm I'd be afraid to trust them with my money and business. After the conversation we had it makes me question the ethics and motives of the firm. He is very sketchy. Will be going elsewhere.
They are absurdly overpriced and I would recommend using anyone but this company. We will be going with someone else.
