I have been seeing Dr. Marcus since July of 2017. He has been very accommodating with schedules, attentive and I enjoy our monthly sessions together. Conveniently located in Back Bay. I highly recommend his services. Be honest with him, I always felt he nevera no judges.
Dr. Marcus really took his time with me and was so wonderfully sweet and polite. I felt completely at ease with him and left my appointment feeling better than ever.
Negligent. My sessions avg 3-6 minutes, recently I was one of 3 pts w/ a 7a-7:15 slot. My last (final) visit I asked about an anti-depressent. Not only did he not explain the script (or note that a similar med caused seizures last year!) but knew insurance would deny it. He insisted a "prior auth" would cover it, but after several phone calls to insurance/CVS/Dr office, still denied. He never addressed the situation, but since called regarding a 15$ copay/credit card issue. Seems $ is priority.
The Office coordinators Had open arms. So much Detail and care. Dr Marcus Was so kind. Placed no Judgements. I felt I was comfortable in Being myself. Detail. Targeted My needs. Direct and helped me find solutions to Help me. He was warm and diligent and very knowlegable as A Dr and also understood me on the spot! i was quite impressed He took Detail like the entire Staff and called me personally. I Respect that his care will go Far with his Clients.
Would not recommend Dr. Marcus to anyone, Most inattentive and rude doctor - no flexibility and understanding towards his patients! He does not do a thorough assessment nor spends appropriate time during the visit. I was able to get my son in with someone else and he is now receiving the right care and on the correct medication. Dr. Marcus also had another patient's chart open during our last visit and documented my son's visit on another patients chart. We ran as fast as we could!
