This practice is unprofessional all around. I could not get anyone on the phone to verify my appointment day and time (I was going every other week), received a message 10 min before the scheduled time, and as a result I ended up missing my appointment. Years later, this has appeared on my credit report, and it seems I am not the only patient experiencing this. I would not recommend going here, unless you would like to try combinations of antidepressants and antipsychotics...
