I have been seeing Dr Owen and his PA, Kristen, for almost a year now. I mostly interact with Kristen during my office visits and she is very caring and really LISTENS. Dr Owen and Kristen have helped me tremendously with my pain management that I have dealt with for nearly a decade. The wait to be seen was long (at least a month, maybe closer to two?) but definitely worth the wait to find a staff that cares about their patient's well being. Everything from scheduling to expressing my concerns and being HEARD has been great!
How do you see a rheumatologist and they never draw an ANA... they tested for 1 singular autoimmune disease and when that was negative they kinda just shrugged their shoulders.. do not recommend.
I had to wait 4 months to get a referral after my Rheumatologist retired, now over a month later and I never heard from them.. seems maybe they are too busy for new patients. I got a new referral today.
Dr Owen is an excellent!! Everyone in office very friendly & knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Dr Marcus Owen.
