Took my niece here for the first and last time a few months ago, closer to a year ago. She has been undergoing chemo for the last 3 years, and last year she finally finished and I promised her I would treat her to get her hair done and this was a nightmare. I went to get my virgin hair bleached for the first time and they did not do a good job. It looked like only half my hair was bleached. Not only that but I donated my hair and they wouldn’t let me donate it myself, they took the credit. They said they would fill out the paperwork for hair donations in my name so I can get the letter saying they got my hair donation and never got that letter. I donated 2, 11 inch ponytails. Marcucc Salon in Malverne is a great salon. The owner and the staff are friendly, courteous and professional. The salon is clean, updated and welcoming. Today, I got a wash and style from Vicki. She asked what I wanted and delivered. I left very happy. Every-time I go to Marcucc, I walk out looking like a movie star! Heather is the best!! All the girls are wonderful but she's my girl. Hair, make-up whatever you need for that special occasion, or just to make yourself look and feel good!! This is my go to place!!
