Marc's has lost me as a customer. I tried to return some tomatoes on the vine today that had gone bad on the counter at home in less than 3 days. The customer service rep told me that perishables are normally not returnable and to probably keep them in the refrigerator next time. 1) There will be no next time, at least not from Marc's. 2) Marc's does not keep their tomatoes on the vine refrigerated in the store. 3) I have never seen a store policy anywhere posted which states which goods are and are not returnable, especiall... read more
