I felt faint while shopping 7 days ago and the manager was great providing extraordinary help with chair , water, a motorized cart ( my first time using one, and continued assistance thru checkout. Thank you to him at 360 Waterloo in Akron. The staff at the customer service desk was also outstanding, They contacted the manager quickly when I asked a customer standing in line to ask them for a chair when I started to feel faint. Pam from the pharmacy was rude on the phone. Not sure why they are so impatient with customers. Not good.
Excellent service and friendly staff!!!
Kurt the pharmacist is fantastic. Highly recommend him and his team, all very kind and helpful. He went out of his way for me and didn't have to which in today's world is a true rarity.
